Areas of Expertise
-
Difficulties with memory that go beyond what is expected from normal aging. Symptoms can range from mild forgetfulness to something more serious like dementia (e.g., Alzheimer’s Disease).
-
ADHD is characterized by persistent inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. Symptoms often interfere with work, school, and/or social functioning.
Executive functions include (but are not limited to) planning, problem-solving, reasoning, organization, and more.
Executive functions are often affected in ADHD and can lead to similar disruptions with everyday functioning.
-
PMADs involve emotional issues that can occur during pregnancy and up to one year postpartum. Common diagnoses include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
All of these symptom sets can impact a parent's ability to function and bond with their baby. Early identification and treatment of PMADs are important for well-being.
-
Insomnia is characterized by difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early and not being able to return to sleep. Insomnia can lead to daytime fatigue, mood disturbances, and decreased performance in daily activities.
-
ASD is a complex developmental condition that involves challenges in social interaction, speech and nonverbal communication, and restricted/repetitive behaviors.
The way ASD presents and the severity of symptoms are often widely variable among individuals. This is why it is referred to as a spectrum. In general, ASD impacts functioning in school, work, and/or other areas of life.
-
GAD involves chronic anxiety and worry about various aspects of life (e.g., work, health, social interactions, and everyday life events). The worry is often out of proportion with the actual circumstance.
How this works
Do you need screening or testing? Therapy? Treatment planning or strategizing sessions? A recommendation on which of the above? Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Schedule your free 15 minute phone consultation.
Pick a date and time and I’ll call you!
Step 2: We collaborate to develop a plan that suits your needs.
This plan will be based on your individual concerns, goals, and preferences.
Step 3: You begin to see tangible progress and positive change.
Through evidence-based techniques, compassionate guidance, and collaborative problem-solving, we'll navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and pave the way for long term growth.

Ask me anything!
Feel free to contact me with any questions about neuropsychological testing, individual therapy, or other services. One thing I ask is that you do not write out detailed personal information (e.g., mailing address, insurance info, medical records numbers, etc.) in this form as my email is not HIPAA secured. Keep it surface level. When we start working together, we will be able to securely and privately message each other. Looking forward to chatting with you!
