Headshot of Dr. Ari Hall

Helping people clear the mental clutter and make space for what really matters.

For over 10 years, I’ve helped adults figure out what’s really going on beneath the surface. ADHD, anxiety, memory issues, or that nagging feeling that something’s just off—I’ve seen it all. I’m both a neuropsychologist and a therapist, so I don’t just help people get answers through testing. I help people put those insights to work in their day-to-day lives. I love how psychology and neuroscience come together to make life feel a little less chaotic. And I’m here to help you feel more grounded, clear, and in control—even when everything feels messy.

When people come to me, they’re usually looking for answers or a plan. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure if what you’re dealing with is ADHD, anxiety, or just everyday stress that’s gotten out of hand. Or maybe you’ve hit a wall and need fresh tools to get unstuck.

I work with adults dealing with a mix of things: focus issues, mood struggles, memory problems, or just that sense that something isn’t adding up. Together, we’ll slow things down, figure out what’s going on beneath the surface, and map out what to actually do about it.

One client came to me when she wasn’t sure why things felt so scattered all the time. Through testing, we diagnosed ADHD. We worked together on practical ways to manage her symptoms using CBT tools. Now, she comes back when life feels hectic, and we make sure she leaves feeling less stressed and with a clear plan in hand. Over time, she has become more organized and has learned how to consistently use simple tools like a prioritized to-do list to make life feel more manageable.

Whether we’re working together through testing or therapy, my approach is about helping you make sense of your situation—and giving you real next steps.

We won’t just name the problem. We’ll figure out what makes sense and how to move forward with less confusion and more peace of mind.

In other words? I’m here to help you stop spinning your wheels and start showing up for your life the way you want to—even if things feel messy right now.

How I help people move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling more organized: one step at a time.
