Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for ADHD

ADHD makes life harder than it has to be.

Let’s make things simpler, more manageable, and finally doable.

Do you find it hard to focus, stay organized, or finish what you start?
Maybe you’re constantly putting things off, missing deadlines, or forgetting appointments.
Or you’re just plain tired of feeling behind all the time—no matter how hard you try.

“It’s like I’m running on fumes trying to hold everything together with sticky notes and sheer will.”

People often tell me:
“I know exactly what I need to do. I just can’t seem to do it.”
It’s not that you’re lazy or unmotivated. ADHD isn’t a knowledge problem. It's a performance challenge. You’ve got the ability. The struggle is with using those skills consistently in everyday life, especially when it comes to focus, follow-through, and decision-making on the fly.

That’s where our work together comes in. Using strategies that are backed by research and actually work in the real world, we’ll focus on what’s getting in your way. Whether it’s planning your day, tuning out distractions, or finishing what you start, we’ll break things down into doable pieces.

Over time, you’ll build tools that make life feel more manageable. Less chaos, more clarity. More follow-through, fewer spinning wheels. And you won’t have to do it alone.
