Here’s the scoop

    • 8 Weekly Sessions: We’ll meet once a week for 1 hour via Zoom.

    • Holiday/Vacation Weeks: If a session falls during a major holiday or break (like spring break), we’ll reschedule ahead of time.

    • Interactive + Practical: This is a hands-on group. You’ll learn strategies, talk them through with others, and get optional exercises between sessions to keep the momentum going.

    • Full Program Cost: $520 total.

    • Payment Options: Pay in full or split into 3 payments (before sessions 1, 5, and 8).

    • HSA/FSA Accepted

    • Insurance Support: I’ll handle claim submission after the program wraps up. No paperwork stress on your end.

    • Real-life tools: Learn strategies you can use right away to manage focus, follow-through, and organization.

    • Shared support: You’ll be in a group of people who get it. No need to over-explain.

    • Session Notes: I’ll send you a quick summary after each session so you can stay on track and refer back when needed.
